Dr. Steve Wechsler, DMD

“Nothing is more gratifying than providing pain-free, efficient, high-quality treatment for my patients. Root canal treatment has changed so much in recent years. With improved anesthetics, methods and materials, what was once nearly impossible has now become my standard of care.”

-Dr. Steve Wechsler

As a young boy, I spent countless hours with my father fixing things in our basement workshop. We had every gadget and tool imaginable, and I learned the value of patience and precision. Now, as a dentist with over 30 years of experience, I have the opportunity to use an incredible array of state-of-the-art equipment to help my patients, working with the same combination of exactitude and pride I learned at my father’s side. For the last 13 years, I have spent the majority of my professional time performing root canal treatment in the offices of many dentists, including dental school faculty members. I’ve spent extensive time on continuing dental education, with a focus on endodontic (root canal) treatment. It is tremendously rewarding to help patients who come to the office feeling anxious about the procedure feel comfortable and relaxed, and to provide root canal treatment without any discomfort.

The Levy Dental Group is a fantastic team, and working with these gifted colleagues enhances the outcome for each patient. Having your root canal in the same office as your other dental care results in the best coordination of treatment, allowing the different disciplines and team members to provide a seamless dental experience. The entire staff is committed to giving our patients the highest quality of care in a personal and caring environment.
